We are seeking a few full-time Chat Support Representatives to support our customers via email and live chat. This is an hourly position with a minimum of 10 hours per week and overtime options during the busy holiday season.
This job entails chatting with people online using chat software similar to Facebook Messenger. Using the Knowledge Base provided, you will answer simple questions about products and services. In most cases, you will be able to cut and paste the answers.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour.
Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills.
Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before.
Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
