The Chat Support agent’s top priority is to help our customers troubleshoot any issues they have on the website and to ensure that their experience is a pleasant and productive one by delivering quick, accurate, personable support.
The successful applicants will work flexible hours answering questions from website visitors. All the information is provided. All the chat support workers need to do is select a template answer and paste this into the reply box. A friendly and helpful nature is required.
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection.
Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before.
Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred)
