Work at Home Chat Support (Part Time, No Experience, Entry Level)

As a chat support specialist, your main responsibility is to provide exceptional customer support on social media platforms through chat and email. You will be the first point of contact for customers and will be responsible for resolving any issues they may have. 

Your excellent communication skills and ability to multitask will be essential in managing inbound and outbound chats and emails, while keeping track of all communication with customers and internal support team members. This is a remote position, so you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere.

Rate: $30 – $35 per hour

Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills.

Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before.

Location: Remote work online worldwide (United States preferred).
