We are currently seeking online chat assistants to help address a shortage of staff in this area. If you have basic English language skills and are comfortable with responding to simple questions online, we want to hear from you. This is a remote position, meaning that you can work from anywhere in the world.

As a live chat support agent, your responsibilities will include answering questions from website visitors and providing them with helpful information. We will provide all the necessary information and templates for you to easily respond to inquiries. The ideal candidate should have a friendly and helpful attitude and be available to work flexible hours.

Rate: $25 – $35 per hour

Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection.

Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before.

Location: Remote work online worldwide (United States preferred)
