Customer Experience Chat Support (Remote)

As a member of our Customer Experience team, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our brand. 

As a customer experience chat agent, you’ll be responsible for providing personalized and efficient communication through various channels, including email, live chat, and social media. You’ll be an integral part of our team, helping customers resolve issues and answering their questions while upholding our brand standards for communication and conduct. 

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for anyone interested in starting a career in customer support. We’re currently hiring for these positions, and full training will be provided to successful candidates.

What you will be doing: As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for answering live chat questions on behalf of businesses. You will be given training on how to do this task as well as what the most common questions from customers are (and the answers to those questions).

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $30 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 20+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 20+ hours a week

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
