Customer Support Representative (Remote / Chat / Entry Level)

The role of a Customer Service Representative is to provide excellent customer service through email and chat interactions. The primary responsibilities of the position include responding to customer inquiries promptly and accurately, participating in meetings with internal teams to learn about new communication strategies, and maintaining a high level of knowledge about company products and services.

As a Customer Success Representative, you will also assist with processing orders, returns, and customer quality and service claims. This involves tasks such as data entry for sales orders, quality, and service claims, as well as creating shipping labels and handling sales and marketing sample orders. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, while ensuring that all customer needs are met with the highest level of professionalism and efficiency.

What you will be doing: As a Customer Service Representative you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media accounts. This is primarily a customer support live chat job so you will be mainly answering questions from existing customers on things like returns and re-ordering. Full training is provided, no experience necessary.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $30 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 5+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
