We looking for an energetic and fun Customer Support Associate to join us. You will learn a lot. Every day. You will become a part of an international team that helps our customers get more value from the product. Your task will be to respond to customer inquiries via in-app chat and email.
What you will be doing: As a live chat customer support associate you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media accounts. This is primarily a customer support live chat job so you will be mainly answering questions from existing customers on things like returns and re-ordering. Full training is provided, no experience necessary.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 5+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week
Location: Remote work worldwide worldwide (United States preferred).
