Level 1 Chat Support Agent (Entry Level / Work at Home / No Experience)
As a Service Desk Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service as the first point of contact for users who need technical assistance via live chat. You will be responsible for answering incoming chats, tracking all relevant information in a tracking system, and utilizing your expertise and a knowledge base tool to resolve any issues in a timely manner.
Your ultimate goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by providing fast and effective solutions to their problems. You will need to be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and possess a solid understanding of technical concepts. Rate: $25 – $35 per hour
Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills.
Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before.
