Live Chat Customer Service Representative (Work at Home)

We are seeking a Live Chat Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by answering customer queries and resolving their concerns via email and live chat. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a critical role in shaping the customer’s perception of our brand.

In this role, you will be responsible for answering a variety of customer queries and providing prompt and accurate solutions to their problems. You will need to have excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure. Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required as we provide full training.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer service representatives get paid to reply to customer messages on the business’s website. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $30 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 5+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
