No Phone Customer Service Representative (Remote)

This job posting is for a customer service representative role. Your primary responsibility as a customer service representative would be to address customer queries and concerns in a prompt and courteous manner.

We are currently seeking work-from-home professionals to join our team. As a WAH Agent, you will assist customers by responding to general inquiries, resolving issues through effective communication, and escalating unresolved matters via chat or email. 

You will be expected to research and explore answers to provide accurate and effective solutions to customers. Full training will be provided, so no prior experience is necessary.

What you will be doing: As a live chat representative you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 7 hours of availability per day. Reliable internet connection.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
