Part Time Remote Support (Chat / No Experience)

Are you familiar with live chat support on business websites? Those friendly chat agents you talk to are paid $25 to $35 an hour. 

As a remote Chat Support Agent, you can work from the comfort of your own home while delivering exceptional customer service and being accountable for your success.

What you will be doing: As a live chat assistant you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $25 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have at least 10 hours of availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 – 40 hours a week

Location: Remote work online worldwide (United States preferred).
