Remote Social Media Support - Facebook (Fully Remote)
We are currently hiring for Facebook Chat Assistants to support online retailers in driving sales through Direct Messages sent to their Facebook accounts. This is an online, remote position that can be done from anywhere.
As a Facebook Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for responding to live chat messages on the website or social media accounts of our clients. Your duties will include answering customer queries, providing product information, and handling sales inquiries. We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills who are comfortable working online using tools such as Facebook Messenger.
Full training will be provided to ensure that you are equipped to provide top-quality service to our clients. This is a remote position, meaning that you can work from anywhere in the United States.
As a live chat assistant, you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts.
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills.
Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before.
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
