WordPress Chat Assistant – Remote / Immediate Start / Entry Level

Friendly and helpful people are urgently needed to help with customer support. We are working with various WordPress-based organizations that need to hire live chat assistants with immediate effect. In this role, enthusiasm and dependability are more important than experience.

These are remote positions, meaning that you can do the work online from anywhere. However, we have a particular need for more applicants from the United States.

What you will be doing: As a WordPress live chat assistant, you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills.

Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before.

Location: You can work remotely online from the United States.
