Work at Home Customer Service Representatives – Live Chat (No Phone Call, Entry Level)

This is a job posting for a customer service representative, and the most important part of your job as a customer service representative is how you respond to questions from customers (and potential customers).

There are a lot of businesses that are currently staffing for work-at-home professionals! As a WAH Agent, you would be assisting customers by answering general questions and resolving problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; and escalating unresolved issues via chat or email.

What you will be doing: As a live chat representative you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 7 hours of availability per day. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per day: 7 hours a day

Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
