Work at Home No Experience Chat Support - Entry Level

As a website chat assistant, you’ll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by answering live chat support or sales questions on a business’s website. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to successfully manage interactions with customers to build loyalty and increase retention. 

In addition to answering product questions, you may also need to address both praises and complaints while protecting the company’s reputation. This is a remote position that can be done from the comfort of your own home, and there are currently many businesses in United States hiring for this role.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $25 – $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 20+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 20 – 40 hours a week

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
